6 years of experience/knowledge in Information Technology

3 years of development experience in Siebel 7.x or 8.x

3 years of experience in OBIEE technology in RPD development, repository
administration, modifying dashboards and creating reports using OBIEE

Experience in creating test scenarios/cases

Strong understanding of software development cycles and processes

Experience with Siebel Call Center and Marketing modules

Experience in designing solutions in Siebel 8.x and knowledge of Siebel
data model

Experience in Siebel ebusiness application configuration using Siebel Tools

Experience in working on workflows, data model, EIM and EAI

Experience in Business Services, Scripting and usage of SQL

Experience in developing custom dashboards and reports using OBI Answers

Customization experience with Oracle BI Administration tool

Developing Dimensional hierarchies, Expression builder, Time series wizard,
Calculation wizard.

RPD Development (physical, business mapping, presentation Layers) using
OBIEE

Repository configuration, troubleshooting, defect fixing


*OBIEE Developer with Siebel Development experience.*

This role is responsible for understanding the business needs, analyzing,
designing and developing the requirements along with preparing the business
test cases, all while ensuring the requirements are deployed and delivered
on time with quality. This role facilitates the new implementations or
support & maintenance projects from designing, developing to deploying the
project in production. Position will:

Be an ambassador for the new vision of CRM and to build, manage and
maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and communication within
the organization and work in partnership with other team members

Work closely with Customer, IT and System/Business analysts to capture,
assess, document and translate functional requirements into technical
specifications

Configure, code and create workflows using Siebel Tools

Be Involved in data migrations, EIM processes in Siebel CRM systems

Follow the best practices of Siebel development

Develop OBI reports according to functional and technical design
specifications

Prepare prototypes, if required wherever possible that may help business
sign off to start new projects.

Fix bugs identified in QA and UAT sessions and work towards making a bug
free application in the area of reports

Align work with others in the team to ensure a cohesive and consistent
customer service ethos, in line with organizational strategy

Provide outstanding customer service, responding quickly with true personal
ownership and responsibility

Be involved in production deployments.
