TOP CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION:
- *Knowledge of IBM BPM* (formerly known as Lombardi). This person will be
part of a team gathering requirements from business partners, documenting
the requirements, and working with technology groups to build an automated
workflow. A lot of original documentation will be involved.
- Change management / process revision experience is helpful
- Experience at a financial institution is a plus, but the main focus is on
workflow optimization.

OVERVIEW:
Business Process Specialist with experience working with business partners
and IT development teams.* Familiar with BPM methodology preferably with
IBM BPM (formerly known as Lombardi*). Has experience in conducting
analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide
analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents
customer business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes
project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and
deliverable prioritization.

Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models,
cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These
resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as *JAD, RAD, and DRP*
sessions, etc.

Able to review current processes on *IBM BPM *and triage problems and
review changes as well as enhancements.



Ability to interact with business partners, gather requirements, *knowledge
of BPM methodology.*
