Java Portal Lead Developer with *JSP, Struts* and *Oracle PL/SQL *experience
required. *GWT and AJAX *experience preferred. Excellent knowledge of
accepted engineering practices. Good analytical skills; the ability to
prioritize projects; good oral and written communication skills; and good
interpersonal skills. Previous telecommunications industry experience
helpful. The following skills are helpful but not required Toad,
Mercurial, JIRA, TeamCity, Scrum/Agile development.

Responsibilities include portal project expansion, enhancement, support,
and maintenance of a customer self-service web portal for a large
telecommunication provider. Experience in eliciting and documenting
Business Requirements, design - *wireframe*, Markup - quick prototyping,
Conversion/migration strategy from one platform to other,
developing/driving an implementation *roadmap*, Single Sign-On (SSO)
concepts, and integration through Enterprise Businessware to other legacy
applications preferred
