Required Skills: Familiarity with applying project management methodologies Extensive familiarity with implementing processes and procedures around Earned Value Management systems/processes Experience in planning, leading, or executing process-improvement projects including implementing standards, processes and policies for IT project processes Ability to assess organizational obstacles and missing components to implement EVM effectively Capability to build guidance and training for EVM practices Past experience in working with stakeholders to identify requirements to implement EVM in various organizational stakeholders, such as PM Tools and shared services Proven capability to identify, build, and coordinate a wide range of improvements for project managers and track the success of those efforts Experience in designing and administering Project Management skill assessment processes Background in linking strategic recommendations to actionable steps that enable plan execution. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deliverables. Experience with stakeholder management.
