Rate: $50 to $55/hr Need Local Candidates Job Details Treasury organization is implementing a multi-year Treasury Transformation Initiative. One of the projects under this initiative is to migrate the legacy reports into a newer reporting platform and provide the golden copy of data for growing reporting needs. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst. Experience with Treasury projects is strongly preferred. Finance & Investments experience is very important. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to organize, analyze and document the requirements. Requirements: Ability to studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats Advanced Excel skills, including building macros, lookup functions, conditional formatting, and pivot tables Advanced SQL querying skills Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities Ability to work individually, or as part of a team, with minimal direction Experience driving process improvement Excellent communication skills Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge. Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
