Job Description: Need a PM who can drive to delivery dates, develop and maintain the project plan, and can coordinate the many pieces of conversion. Must have wholesale background (Billing, Usage, Rating).
Mandatory Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or 8-10 years related experience and/or training. - Demonstrated understand of PMI concepts. - Experience with client facing consulting engagements. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. - Prior experience managing IT application conversion projects. - The ability to balance and prioritize client requests to ensure timely delivery. - Experience managing all phases of project life cycle. - Effective requirement gathering techniques. - Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to work with matrixed/onshore-offshore project team model. - Strong experience with MS Office Suite including MS Project and MS Visio. Preferred Requirements: - PMP Certification. - 3-5 years experience in the Telcom with BSS systems. - A background in Mainframe application development and architecture. - ETL conversion experience - Carrier Access Billing System experience - Understanding of relational database concepts and structures (DB/2 or similar). - Experience coordinating activity within enterprise IT organizations. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
