*Job Description:* *Skills needed and responsibilities* Solution architect for IBM WCS(WebSphere Commerce Suite ) Ecommerce Project in Retail industry Overall 10+ years in Java/J2EE with 7+ Years of WCS Experience 1) Good Communication and Analytical skills 2) Strong Design and Architecture experience in ecommerce landscape (WCS/ATG/Hybris etc) 3) Should be able to create blueprint designs / architecture landscape’s for complex eco systems and with ability to deliver solutions in business and IT forums 4) Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions 5) Experience in Integrating and designing Order Management solutions along with Websphere Commerce 6) Experience of having couple of full cycle implementations with Commerce and Order Management (Sterling / Manhattan) 7) Should have strong understanding of Sterling Order Management platform and life cycle of various business processes 8) Hands-on experience with Websphere Commerce Server and Sterling 9) Strong Java J2EE experience 10) Database Programming Skill 11) End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies 12) Knowledge in WCS all versions and new SOA framework 13) Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation 14) Project leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision 15) Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques Total experience in required skill (years) Minimum 7 years as IBM Sol architect ( total of 10+ years of IT experience) Other Requirements - Leadership & Communication: - Ability to work well with different staff levels within and out of core competency. - Ability to translate highly technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying technical levels. - Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentation. - Communicates in a professional manner when interacting across staff levels and internal/external customers. - Understands the importance of communicating risk assessment. *Role and Responsibilities:* 1) Design, plan and implement IT solutions for a Websphere Commerce Server with Java J2EE environment 2) Design, Plan and implement solutions in eco system which consist of towards strong order management and inventory management systems in place, especially with Sterling 3) Lead mid-level planning exercises with developers/engineers 4) Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately 5) Project Manage scope, time and quality throughout the project life-cycle 6) Facilitate and drive workshops and client meetings in order to help to translate business requirements into system Thanks & Regards Mohd Fahad | * ReasonSourceTech. ______________________________* *| E: [email protected] <[email protected]> **| Url :** www.reasonsourcetech.com <http://www.satincorp.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
