*Job Title:* Storage Admin *Job Summary:*Storage Admin would be interacting with the customers through the ticketing system. They have to coordinate with the internal team and the customer to document and validate their configuration. Provide daily storage support, technical assistance and troubleshooting support to the customer. Experience with storage design and tactical implementation of the storage platforms for Database servers, File servers and virtualized server farms is essential.
*Functions/Responsibilities * · Responsible for storage administration. · Validate and monitor configurations of storage devices. · Troubleshoot the issues and provide resolutions. · Coordinate with the internal cloud team. · Preparation of timely reports on health and other status updates · Escalate hardware and software issues to maintenance provider(s) as necessary. *Qualification/Skills (Required):* · Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering. · Minimum 2 years of experience in storage administration preferably in EMC storage systems · Good knowledge in Linux and Windows · Experience in NAS and SAN storage clusters · Creating and managing LUN · Troubleshooting the storage issues and providing resolutions. · Experience in VMware environment · checking the storage critical events. · Checking the status of aggregate ad volume usage. · Configuring and Troubleshooting SnapMirror environment. · Restoring critical data issue. · Requirements gathering and use case analysis that results in well documented and traceable business and technical requirements and SLA’s for storage and backup related technologies Thanks&Regards, Ram, [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
