Our Client ,a leader in the gaming industry, is looking for a Network
Engineer/Architect to design and build cutting-edge, multi-vendor solutions
to support growth worldwide; Monitor and maintain performance and capacity
systems to ensure maximum efficiency; and Work with vendors and
cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support.
This is a contract position located in Chicago, IL.
*Basic Qualifications:*
Must have excellent communication and documentation skills
5 years of Systems/Network experience
Experience with VoIP/MPLS/PBX
Cisco Unified Communication experience
Excellent IP networking fundamentals
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause and
prevention
Experience working with telecom carriers turning up and
troubleshooting IP and or TDM circuits
Expertise in many of the following technologies and protocols:
BGP, OSPF, SIP, RTP, IP, TCP, UDP, DNS,
DHCP, T1/E1, Ethernet, firewalls, IT security best practices
