Peoplesoft Business Analyst

1. Must have experience working with Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM, HR/Payroll and
benefits applications. Preferably someone who has supported and developed
minor enhancements to these applications throughout the related business
areas.

2. Experienced in preparing documentation for implementation and
maintenance of ERP applications.

3. Must have experience documenting detailed functional requirements.

4. Knowledge and experience working with Blueprint for managing
requirements is desirable.

5. Experienced and interested in developing robust functional and user test
plans, executing these plans (individually as well as leading teams through
UAT execution), and evaluating the results. This is a key requirement.

6. Knowledge and experience working with HP Quality Center (ALM) for
managing test plans is a desirable.

7. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be
articulate and able to convey his/her thoughts, ideas, etc, to both IT
support and business teams, recognizing when and how to differentiate the
nature and content of his/her communications with the more technically
oriented IT team versus the more functionally oriented business teams.
