Working knowledge of FDA QSR 21 CFR 820 / ISO13485 quality system requirements and risk management tools, such as, Risk Analysis, FMEA and FTA. *Roles & Responsibilities*: • Coordinates and assists with long term and annual projects such as the analyzing, pricing and documenting annual budget requests as well as contributing to efforts related to Master Planning and Facilities/Safety process improvements. • Oversees the programming, design, construction, and occupancy phases of assigned projects. Projects may range from small relocations, furniture upgrades, remodels to refurbishing and new construction. • Projects will range in size and duration. The project delivery process will involve organizing meetings and documenting communications, serving as a liaison among the Facilities/Safety Manager and other department heads and staff members, serving as a liaison among the landlord, architects, contractors, and other service providers. This individual will have an understanding of mechanical, electrical systems and building codes. • Serves as a point person for Facilities in the management and oversight buildings.
