Insurance applications
• Support an integrated insurance application, that covers entire spectrum
of underwriting, claims, technical accounting and claims components and
surrounding workflow tools
• Provide internal customer support on application related inquiry,
incident, and problem
• Work with business to collect initial request, design a solution, write
functional specifications, estimate effort, and analyze impact
• Work with technical analyst/developer to translate the designed solution
into IT implementation
• Participate in functional test of change and provide defect analysis and
organize UAT
• Provide claims processing subject matter expertise to the IT team
throughout the project
• Review development and test deliverables as needed
