· Must be able to quickly learn and effectively communicate business processes to members of the team and organization. · Ability to highlight and identify areas of inefficiency, redundancy and gaps. · Ability to elicit and analyze various kinds of requirements into a complete, coherent and organized document, then build consensus to validate and finalize the requirements in the business requirements document. · Ability to document complex business processes using appropriate modeling techniques (workflow, business process, use case, activity diagram, etc.). · Ability to clearly document As-Is and To-Be states of the organization or process. · Ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses.
