*Description*
The Multifamily area of Enterprise Risk Management is currently seeking
an individual with solid experience in building end user and management
reporting products and dashboards using one of the following business
intelligence tools:
*Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Tableau*
In addition to technical skills, the candidate must be able to analyze
raw data, research issues, work with other reporting teams in
reconciling data variances, and follow through with resolving
reconciling items. This requires the individual to have very good
communication and highly strong analytical skills.
Project entails working with our Business Analyst(s) refining
requirements for a defined set of reports to be built, work with our
data analyst(s) toward identifying key data elements and relationship of
those to our tables, propose solutions given capabilities and
shortcomings of the reporting tool used, develop the reports, perform
initial tests, and assist us during the UAT. The candidate will also
serve as the lead developer and consultant to other team members.
Experience with mortgage and financials industries is helpful. Candidate
must be willing to demonstrate ability to learn new business concepts
and technical tools.
*Must-have Qualifications:
*
- Individuals must have strong report development and data analysis
background (Crystal and Business Objects preferred)
- Ability to grasp business concepts quickly
- Strong command of SQL
- Excellent communication skills (including verbal and written) and
analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and well
documented work product
*Preferred Skills*
- Experience developing end user dashboards and BI tools
- Mortgage industry/Financial Services experience and familiarity with
financial modeling or risk rating applications is a big plus
