Develop data warehouse solutions which ... * Develop data warehouse solutions which include data design, metadata and repository designs by providing data management components like: Data Modeling, Varied data source, staging and dimensional table creation Assist in the development, maintenance, and support of an enterprise data warehouse system and corresponding datamarts Compile, create and maintain documentation for high-level designs, business workflow and logical models Create data dictionary for existing and new data models Develops and maintains enterprise data strategy and roadmaps for Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse and Master Data Management Designs and implements operational data stores and datawarehouses Conducts discovery, performs root cause analysis, and makes recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues. Refactor existing models to improve performance, correctness, and scalability of data models. Responsible for defining the best business practice for the architecture process. Translate business requirements into Data Models, refactoring existing Data Models, Data Warehousing, Data Distribution, and Global Reference Data Architectures. Work with application architects to implement business requirements. Design and develop modules to integrate data for analysis and meet business needs. Participate in Data Governance meeting to provide guidance and advocate how we can help the business be more successful Strong background in modeling Insurance, risk and financial products is a big plus. Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence.
