* Duration: 6+ months Data Analyst (SQL Server/EXCEL/ACCESS) Assignment Details* · Work with internal customers to support applications, technical support for drills and storms · Work with Information Resources to manage data sources that feed into Project applications · Assist Engineer to create and Manage Project SharePoint sites *Candidate will possess the following experience:* · Knowledge of how to use SQL Server graphical interfaces to support and diagnose our current implementations. Specifically being able to locate data sources in SQL Server, link to other datasources to see if data combinable for new reports or to enhance information in an existing report. · Good working knowledge of corporate databases to assess sources of information for new or existing systems. · Experience in basic data cleaning via Excel or a database tool such as MS Access looking for data integrity issues, knowing if data is geo-codable, knowing if data is combinable with other datasources to make it useful, etc. · Some experience in project management showing willingness and experience managing multiple projects, possibly competing for the same resources. · Good communication skills essential experience working in a team directly and remotely (managing vendors or offsite personnel, etc). · Understanding of changing business needs and being able to adjust plans sometimes on a weekly basis: experience in working in a changing environment with multiple projects.
