*Job Title:* Genesys Reporting Specialist *Location:* Sacramento, CA; 95811 *Duration:* 6+ Months Contractual Onsite Position *Job Description:* Provide on the job training to CalPERS staff in the discipline of data analytics, SQL queries and reporting writing Describe the basic architecture of a Genesys 8.x Info Mart deployment o Describe the sources of and the flow of the data into Info Mart o Describe the star schema structure of the database o Identify the common Info Mart fact and dimension tables o Discuss the use of Interaction, Interaction Resource and Mediation Segment Fact Tables o Calculate basic contact center measures o Perform multi-dimensional analysis on the measures o Discuss the use of Resource State, Resource Session, Interaction Resource State Fact tables o Calculate basic agent measures o Discuss the use of Resource Skill and Resource Group Fact tables o Calculate configuration change tracking measures o Understand the storage of user data in Info Mart, specifically the flexible user data model o Identify tables that rely on user data o Create reports that use out-of-the-box and custom user data o Discuss calculating advanced measures o Understand aggregation tables provided by Reporting and Analytics Aggregates package o Perform detailed interaction analysis from aggregated data down to individual interactions Modify existing and creating customized reports in Genesys Interactive Insights from data stored in Genesys Info Mart and viewed on the Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 presentation platform o List the data sources and data flow within Info Mart and into Interactive Insights including custom aggregation data sources o Define the star schema structure of the database and how this impacts query performance o Use CMC Central Management Console to set work flow preferences and create Users, Groups and Profiles o Explore the aggregation tables provided by Reporting and Analytics Aggregates package o List the custom user data tables o Edit and format new and existing reports using the Edit Report Functions o Work with queries in new and existing reports using the Edit Query Functions o Schedule Reports in Genesys Interactive Insights o Create new Users, add Users to Groups, work with Profiles to create and distribute a new Publication Demonstrate the use of CC Pulse +, Genesys Advisor and Genesys Administrator for real-time reporting Modify and create reports for Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) *KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER * While this is not a multi-year contract, thus not subject to the Knowledge Transfer requirements, this SOW is knowledge transfer and training-centric.
