• Minimum of 3 full cycle implementations of SAP Business Workflow for
FI-GL Journal Entry processing with functional and technical experience
with SAP FI-GL and ABAP.
• Experience with linking to OpenText/LiveLink/IXOS and SAP Business Object
for early and late archived FI-GL documents
• Minimum of 5 years SAP experience
• Consulting experience, Big 4 preferred
• Financial systems implementation experience
• Desired
· A graduate level degree in related field
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite especially Microsoft
Excel, Project and PowerPoint
*Job Responsibilities:*
The overall responsibility of this position is to support the
implementation of SAP Workflow for FI-GL Journal Entry processing and
linking to OpenText archived documents. This includes
configuring/developing workflow initiation for parked FI-GL journal
entries, approval escalation, multi-tier approvals depending on journal
entry dollar amounts and delegation if approver is out of the office. This
role will be expected to implement SAP Workflow on time and in a high
quality manner.
The individual must obtain an understanding of current state business and
system processes for FI-GL journal entries, assess change options and
implications to make recommendations. The role is expected to gather
business requirements, contribute to work plans, collaborate with our IT
partners for system development work, configure SAP workflow to link to
OpenText archived documents, conduct testing, migrate/coordinate changes to
production, report progress and provide knowledge transfer.
