Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
*Competencies*
Minimum of 7 years of SDLC Business Systems Analyst experience
Minimum of 3 Years Salesforce Business Systems Analyst experience
Bachelor of Science (and/or Master of Science) in Computing,
Engineering, Technology or similar.
Strong written English, ability to clearly express functional
requirements.
Technical background (some programming / development) desired.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, as well as team-oriented.
Ability to analyze functional requirements, including impact analysis
of enhancements and gap analysis.
Ability to understand high level application and its surrounding
systems, as well as attention to detail.
Ability to organize his/her priorities and tasks across multiple
workstreams (project areas).
Ability to communicate with people at various levels in the
organization.
Salesforce experience a plus.
