· Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in
order to provide technical (application, domain, industry) differentiation
to the relationship.
· Able to steer discussions towards constructive and effective
solutions
· In addition to understanding the domain area, carries good
understanding of all cross-linked domains to be able to independently
understand inter-linkages, interdependencies and devise solutions that that
are cost and effort optimal
· Have managed different SAP system installations, upgrades be able
to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through
discussions and dialogue
· Is able to leverage his/her basis/infrastructure experience and
SAP skills to engage with customer’s business architects, able to work with
them and lead and guide the project into effective solutions.
· Coordinate with other project teams on design and architecture
related items
· Validate/review complex deployment solutions and framework and
creates the blue print for large deployment solutions in order to meet
technical/basis challenges in deployment.
· Coordinate with offshore team on day to day basis to provide
complete support to client’s existing SAP solutions.
· Learn and support connected SAP peripheral utilities and add-ons.
