*Role & Responsibility*
Participate as a direct contributor in an Agile/Scrum team to design and
implement enterprise applications that elegantly balance the demands of
security, portability, performance and rich features in the computer based
testing industry.
Design and develop software using TDD / BDD techniques
Write automated tests
Continuously enhance and refactor the codebase
Maintain a frictionless development environment through CI and
automation
Keep up to date with latest tools, technologies, and strategies and
help introduce new ideas to the team
Innovate solutions that complement existing applications
*Experience*
2+ years object oriented development experience building UI and back
end systems on the Microsoft platform
HTML5, JavaScript and CSS expertise, with 1+ years of HTML5 SPA (Single
Page Apps) development with an MV-* * framework like AngularJS.
AMD architecture experience (Require.js, Common.js)
Adept with web development and browser compatibility issues
2+ years .NET framework with C#, 2+ years ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, 1+
years LINQ
2+ years SQL Server, TSQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, UDF etc.)and
the ability to perform schema design
2+ years of SOAP/RESTful web services
Experience working with teams (5+developers) on application development
projects employing an Iterative Software Development Life Cycle
(Agile/Scrum/RUP), following XP practices such as TDD/Pair
Programming.Excellent problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking
skills, combined with the ability to apply strong design principles
(SOLID/Agile design)in a variety of situations
Experience usinglogical and physical diagrams including Class,
Interaction, Package, Collaboration, State, Activity, Deployment and
Component Diagrams
Excellent oral, written, listening and interpersonal skills
