*LEAD TEST COORDINATOR.* *33.00 C2C*
*18 month contract* *Location can be in Iowa, Minnesota or North Carolina* Skill set: These are Test Coordinator positions - "Project Managers of Testing" Support projects and full life cycle at a 500 foot view Strong skills in leading virtual meetings with large resources Build out test plans and strategies (good writing skills) Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects (always) - at a minimum, 3-4 projects, however, with quarterly releases the projects overlap and each individual can be managing 7-8 projects at any time Skill Set: Systems experience: ALM or Quality Center (this position will not be "doing the testing" - they are looking at it from a 500 foot view) (this skill set is "NICE to have") Experience making sure scripts are where they need to be and traceability Tester background (Manual or Automated have both) Sharepoint (used to store/documentation/methodology) CDTS - in house system; likes candidates with previous Wells Fargo experience OR Bank of America OR Telligen (he's gotten candidates from these places recently) also called ClearQuest = the defect tracking tool used by their team 7+ years experience in systems testing AND some experience as a Test Coordinator/Lead Strong ability to lead, multitask, prioritize, and has the ability to learn Lead experience is a must / good communication skills Must have Test Coordinator experience - testing background is helpful. Downfalls he's seen: people try to "dig in too deep" / remember, these are Test Coordinator positions, they are looking at data from a high level versus actually testing the information. *Thanks and Regards* *Shweta Ojha* Technical Recruiter | Sage Group Consulting *Direct: *732-784-6492 *Email: *[email protected] *Gtalk: *sojha1290*|Ymail: *ojha1290 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
