MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The Senior Business Analyst must have:

experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least
three medium-to­ large software projects.

 a minimum of 3 years of project management experiences, i.e. understanding
the business need, defining and documenting  functional and technical
requirements and demonstrating proposed outcome to stakeholders via
flowcharts depicting operational workflows and possible technology
 solutions

excellent verbal and written communication skills



MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

Communication (Written and Verbal) - candidate will interact with business
stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their business
functions and desired requirements;



Analysis - candidate will have outstanding analytical skills so that a
customer's business needs are properly interpreted and translated into
functional and technical requirements; candidate will analyzing data,
documents, user input surveys and workflows to determine requirements;



Decision Making - candidate will assess a situation, receive input from
stakeholders and propose viable solutions that will be translated into
business and technical requirements



Project Management - candidate will have practical experience with project
management techniques and tools



Overview

The  business  analyst(s)  will  be  accountable  for the  entire effort
 in  gathering,  compiling,  and documenting  all  functional and
non-functional  requirements,  and  business  processes  for the above
mentioned CIS functions.   With the ultimate aim of producing comprehensive
analytical documentation,  business analysts will be expected to conduct
extensive site visits to observe

key functions and practices, interview central participants actively
involved in the particular function, chart user roles, detail the
associated business process flows and accompanying business rules, and
gather and assemble supporting documents and questionnaires.
