*In- Person Interview* *Rate- $60/Hr* *Our client needs a Senior .NET Architect with 8+ years of experience and experience of leading teams of up to 5 programmers or more** *Responsibilities:* Senior Software Architect typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: Analyze current technology and work with project team, stake holders, and the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) to define the business case, vision, and the scope of the systems. Use scenarios, use cases, and prototypes to refine the functional and business requirements for systems. Use OOA/D and UML design systems Create technical and user documentation Lead the review process for software architecture documents Participate in the system specifications review process to endure system requirements can be translated Into valid software architecture. Develop components and or programs according to specifications. Use various development tools to create, test and integrate the various systems. Work with QA and users to ensure the acceptance and quality of systems. Make recommendations to HED IT Management. Provide assessments that highlight key capability options, strengths, weaknesses, technical maturity, and risks. *Qualifications: * BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology 8+ years of .NET and OOP design and build experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Practical knowledge of the applications of architecture design methodologies and frameworks. Knowledge of software or hardware design, selection and deployment techniques and methodologies. Expertise in using OOA/D and UML to design systems and building technical specifications. Possess very strong “ Hands On” front and back end development skills in n-tier architecture. using Microsoft and Linux technologies Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast paced environment. eading teams of up to 5 programmers *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * pert knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, systems security technology, Business Process Management technologies, Multi-threaded programming, Design Patterns (such as MVC, MVP), Application Frameworks. Subject matter expertise across applications, data, database, middleware, midrange server computing, network (Intranet/Extranet/Internet), security, and client platform IT products and services. Proven experience with the following technologies: ASP.Net 4.0, MVC 4, C#, SQL Programming (stored procedures), XML Web Services/WCF, MS SQL Server 2005/8, AJAX; XML/XSLT, Advanced JavaScript, XHTML, DHTML; CSS; OOP; Building and using objects; SSRS Proven experience using Microsoft development products (i.e. Visual Studio 2005-2010, Team Foundation Server, SSMS) Proven experience with ADO.NET/LINQ/Entity Framework Database/T-SQL experience Excellent understanding of how to translate customer needs and business strategy into well formed and documented Web Applications Ability to produce technical documentation Excellent in oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills Ability to work constructively as an individual or in groups with minimal supervision.
