Expert understanding of throttle and governor restrictions of SFDC and

Experience with integrating SFDC with external, back office systems
Must be experienced in developing custom pages using Visualforce
Must be experienced writing custom Salesforce classes and triggers
using APEX as well as corresponding test classes
Good understanding of Salesforce Administration to included Security
setup/management, Sandbox management, Object configuration, Record Types
Good understanding on code change management and application migrations
between sandboxes
Experience with creation of Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Report
Types
Experience with Chatter is a plus
Experience with Salesforce Communities is a plus
