Please respond back with latest resume along with details ASAP. *Job Title Business Analyst with Core Banking Replacement (CBR) experience* *Location Jersey City, NJ* *Duration 11+ Months* *Interview Mode: Phone followed by Skype* *Job description:* · *Business Analyst *to support *Core Banking Replacement (CBR) *project by working with comptrollers, operations, technology and related project teams to understand and define business requirements to ensure the success of responsible Core Banking Accounting tracks. · Identify, lead and drive analysis of outstanding issues and ensure proper resolution and communication amongst partners. · Ensure status is communicated appropriately to all stakeholders throughout all phases of the project for responsible track. · Assist with all project activities as requested including development of test cases, plans, training materials, user acceptance testing etc. *Qualifications:* *Business Analysis:* · Develop deep understanding of the transaction / data flow for assigned accounting products. · Understand current and future state and able to identify the gaps that need to be focused on. · Holistically identify change impact and communicate to proper stakeholders as necessary. · Investigate technical or business issues, working and coordinating with appropriate parties to ensure issues are properly reviewed, followed up on, tracked and brought to closure. · Ability to present data and data flows appropriately through diagrams and workflows. · Work with and lead meetings with Comptrollers, Operations, Technology and Head Office to understand and interpret requirements/outstanding issues. · Liaise between clients and Systems Office of the Americas (SOA) to translate and deliver business requirements appropriately. · Work with SOA and management to ensure and accurate understanding of product to be produced. · Work and facilitate with business, operations, and technology teams on all stages of the project (migration, training and implementation plans, etc.). · Document and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, cases and scripts that will proof the capabilities of the replacement/enhancement systems. · Plan and coordinate the participation of Comptrollers, Operations and other affected groups throughout the test phase. · Execute UAT plans, track status, and ensure issue escalation and agreement on resolution. · Comply with Bank project management standards, policies and procedures allowing for successful selection and implementation of new or enhanced technology. *Communication / Teamwork:* · Establishing strong working relationships with Comptrollers, Operations, SOA and Head Office. · Act as a reliable partner to business in assessing and addressing business needs. · Foster a consultative approach to support business needs across the organization. · Communicate to business progress and status on project as it enters different phases (design, development, test, implementation) · Work with Management and Report Status · Report status to management on track/project progress. · Identify and escalate related issues and risks appropriately. *Thanks and regards,* *Naved Khan,* Technology Resource Group Inc. 3736 Hills-dale Court, Santa Clara, CA 95051 Desk: 408-709-1760 Ext. 937 E-mail ID: [email protected] Fax: 408-884-2409 Gtalk & Y!M: naved.intime in.linkedin.com/pub/naved-khan/42/1a4/399 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
