*Job Title:* SAP Functional – Production Planning - ECC *Address:* Lake Mary, FL *Duration:* 6 Months Contract *Job Roles & Responsibilities:* · Worked on at least two implementation projects · Good understanding of the Business Processes. · Identify as-is processes and to-be processes. · Map Business Processes to SAP. · Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes · Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules. · Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents. · Ability to peer review documentation *Required Skills:* · Business/Functional (Knowledge/Experience): · Worked on at least one implementation project of the most recent version · Should have run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes to SAP. · Should have Industry Experience. *Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience): (Include tools, methodologies, processes):* · Cross Functional and Integration Knowledge with Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Product costing and Plant Maintenance modules. · Production Planning Master Data (Material Master Data MRP views and Work scheduling, Bill of Material, Work center, Routing, Production Version) · Sales and Operations Planning (Standard SOP and Flexible Planning, Maintenance of Planning table) · Demand Management (Different Strategies ranging from Make-to-stock to Make-to-Order) · Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirement Planning (MPS/MRP) · Capacity Evaluation and Leveling · Production Order creation, Execution and closing · PP-PI Master Data such as Resource and Recipes, Process Management (Process Instructions, Process Messages, Control recipes, Process Instruction sheet) · Shop Floor Execution.
