Job Description:
• Training – Should have done some training in the past & can
handle a (medium to large) group of new hires & lead the training group
single handedly
• Excellent Communication - Should not shy away from asking
questions he has (while learning new business processes), confirming issues
/ challenges that he observes & re-confirming things
he doesn’t understand
• Has a process advisory mindset
• Process mapping – Preferably has done some documentation /
mapping for processes on MS tools & be aware of items that are critical for
inter-departmental communication / exchanges
• Command over the material – Should be able to infuse his
learnings while training new hires during the training delivery
• Should be willing to travel within US
