· Should have lead a team of minimum 5 resources.
· Should have a strong understanding of Testing Life Cycle.
· Should be flexible & must have good probing & analytical skillsShould be
able to work with offshore & set expectation with customers.
· Should be a self-starter & should be proactive in gathering
information.Should be good at keeping the customers informed on issues &
progress.
· Should provide Value Adds & KPI s which would ensure customers are
champions for us.
· Should work on proactively getting feedback from customers & identify
improvement areas.
· Should be good at setting the correct expectation & should strive to
build a positive perception with the customers.
· Should bring in synergy with the onshore team & socialize the plan with
offshore team.
