Manager Functional SME for following areas
• Incident Management (IT Service Management)
• Change Request Management (ChaRM)
• Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint
• Integration with ARIS
• Strong knowledge of various Solution Manager Features
• In depth configuration expertise of Incident Management process and IT
Service Management features in Solution Manager
• Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project
Management, Quality Gate Management, integration with HP-ALM and ARIS.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module is an added advantage.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*• Involve in Onsite-Offshore coordination
activities (handover-takeover, off business hour activity tracking,
offshore reporting)
• Provide Solution Manager support to SAP implementation as well as support
teams and internal customers/clients
