Interview process: Phone followed by F2F SKILLS: - He/she must have at least years 6 years of experience in being a Business Analyst. Four years Technical degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, or an MBA. Mandatory Skills required are as follows: 1. Extensive experience in eliciting requirements using interviews, questionnaires, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis 2. Ability to translate requirements into visual representation with diagrams, flow charts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, mockups & wireframes. 3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with sponsors to analyze information and prepare detailed business case & functional requirements. 4. Experience with short cycles and requirements analysis/ definition for rapid application development 5. Work independently and engage in multiple initiatives / projects 6. Strong analytical skills to understand problem statement and help define requirements 7. Serves as a communication channel between sponsor and development team 8. Subject matter knowledge of financial products & services 9. Excellent written and verbal skills 10. Knowledge and appreciation of technology platforms and assisting the team with preparation of test scenarios 11. Knowledge of Rational / Visio tools is a bonus 12.
