We are looking for *PeopleSoft HR/Benefits Functional Consultant. *Please go through the below requirement and if interested, respond back to me at [email protected] or call me on 502-792-8421. *Please find the job description below:* *Job Title : PeopleSoft HR/Benefits Functional Consultant * *Location : **Columbia, SC* *Duration : **12 month assignment* *Job Description: * Seeking a consultant to join our team that can assist us in the near term with functional specification documentation, then transition to test script development, testing support, training support, and transition to operations support. Higher-Ed experience is preferred. Some similar experience to *public higher-ed institutions* is warranted (e.g. *state/fed govt, large K-12, etc.).* This role will assist clients HR SME and her team. This person will work with a team of other HCM functional consultants and analysts. *Primary tasks will include:* · Functional specification documentation (primarily integrations & conversions) · Functional support for development activities (e.g. architecting test data, clarifying requirements/specs, etc.) · Creation/maintenance of test scripts and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) · Documentation and migration (across pre-production/production environments) of PeopleSoft configurations to meet clients unique business requirements · Tier 1 triage support for SIT and UAT · Provide functional input as a working member of the Security team in support of designing and testing assigned module application security models (including work centers) · Provide functional input as a working member of the Change Management team in support of designing desktop procedures and job aids (using UPK) · Create analytics to include PS Queries, nVision, Dashboards, and other reporting needs · Validate various configuration, conversion, and transactional data *Requested Skills:* · Ability to work on all remaining project phases including configuration, testing, and transition to operations · Assist clients team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices · Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems · Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience · Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x / PeopleTools 8.53.x or higher · Solid understanding of integration of all HCM modules · Strong knowledge of HR and Benefits modules · Training experience preferred – including experience with PeopleSoft’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) · Proven public sector and higher-ed business knowledge · Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations · Clear and effective communication · Consistently produce clear, concise status reports · Ability to work closely and effectively with the lead consultant for the Grants/Project Costing/AR/Billing/Contracts effort.
