*Responsibilities:* - Conducts requirements gathering sessions and requirements hand-off/review sessions with Business stakeholders and technical development team - Ensures that project requirements are gathered, documented, approved and managed - Responsible for high-level design, user stories and/or uses cases - Develops system to system data mappings for back-end processing - Understands business processes and translates to system requirements - Assists with system tests to ensure that requirements are met in the solution - Works closely, and foster good working relationships, with the Business - Perform feasibility analysis - Developing As-Is and To-Be Process Flows - Non-Functional Requirements gathering and documentation - Test Case reviews *Skills:* 1. Must have Middleware experience 2. Javascript Experience 3. XML experience 4. XSD experience 5. XSLT experience 6. Must have extensive data analysis/mapping experience 7. Experience with “Back-end” data processing and batch processing systems, and multi-system integration 8. Excellent meeting facilitation skills – CRITICAL 9. Self-sufficient/self-starter – CRITICAL 10. Works well with Project Managers and requires little direction/takes initiative – CRITICAL 11. Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies 12. Fast and efficient, but thorough and methodical 13. Superior time management skills 14. Produces high-quality work, thinking through all scenarios and ensuring complete coverage of requirements 15. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 16. Ability to multi-task, work on several projects simultaneously 17. Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects 18.
