*Job Description* - At least five years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - At least two years’ experience with source control experience such as TFS. - Strong SQL Server database development skills. - Must have a thorough understanding of relational databases and experience in working with large databases. - Create database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers etc. - Ability to understand the business process and write complex SQL queries. - Experience with data modeling and relational database design. - Experience with query optimization and performance tuning. - Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to work directly with customers. - Ability to work with end users, understand their issues and provide appropriate production and technical support. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of SQL Server Service Broker is a plus. - Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and ability to create SSRS reports.
