*Required Skills:*
10+ years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting
identity and access management strategies and solutions
10+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and
access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications
Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to
managing identities and access privileges
Experience managing projects through the full system development
lifecycle
Experience with OIM, OAM, OAAM, Web Single Sign-on, Web Security,
SAML, JAAS, Federated Identity Management
Experience with LDAP – OID, OVD, TAM, Active Directory, Sun
Directory Server
Experience developing plugins for OAM and OVD integration.
*Job Duties:*
Day to day administration of a complex enterprise access management
environment with multiple technologies including but not limited to: Oracle
Access Manager (OAM), Weblogic, Apache, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle
Virtual Director, Tivoli Access Manager, etc.
Work closely with the various vendors and internal development teams
to resolve issues.
Planning, coordination, and installation of upgrades, patches, and
firmware releases on the various platforms on a regular basis.
Collaboration with other teams in the planning, architecture, and
implementation of new applications, standards and processes.
Participate in continuous assessment process to ensure that systems
are achieving contractual metrics and business objectives
Continuous evaluation and refinement of departmental processes and
procedures
Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal
controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal
control improvement
Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and
tools to support service offering or industry projects
Actively participate in decision making with management and seek to
understand the broader impact of current decisions
Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor
activities, products and service lines
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with
the intention to exceed client expectations
Understand clients' business environment and complex risk management
approaches
Participate in project proposal development efforts
Proactive leadership of solution development initiatives
