- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT related field - Experience in designing and developing applications to deliver business processes, data structures and systems. - Must have strong analytical skills and a high level of problem solving abilities - Must be reliable and able to manage multiple priorities - Team player with excellent relationship building skills and customer focus. - Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines. - International mindset – must be able to deal with a diverse, international corporation and team - Willing to travel – currently estimated at 10% per year. Some potential for extended periods of time away from home during conversions.
