*Duration :* 6+months *Delivery Manager * Responsibilities include account administration and access rights review related to a range of platforms, applications and databases managed by the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. Responsibilities also include role lifecycle management of roles managed by the IAM system, service level accountability, metrics reporting, workflow procedure design and documentation and audit support. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Role Management manager serves as the process owner for all activities that enable role-based appropriate systems access to BCBSM resources including identifying individuals in a system and controlling the access to the resources in the systems by placing and managing restrictions on the established identities. Responsible for IAM Security Analysts and IAM Security Specialists. *Top Three Skills/Experience:* · Working experience with *Identity and Access Management tools (IAM)* 3-5 years · Working experience with *Role-based Access (RBAC) concepts and tools* 3-5 years · Working experience with *LDAP, AD, and database security* 3 -5 years *Required Skills/Experience:* · Working experience with *IAM Role Management tools* · Experience supporting and administering enterprise access, specifically, knowledge of user identity provisioning, access management, directory services, LDAP, and single sign-on · Working knowledge of related technologies such as operating systems, directory services, and network protocols · Knowledge of database applications, spreadsheet design, and report writing software · Advanced written and verbal communications skills · Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively · Ability to design, evaluate and document processes and lead teams in accomplishing process review and improvement · Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams to articulate requirements and processes while collaborating on design options, implementation, testing and user acceptance · Demonstrated ability to develop metrics, perform critical analysis and develop executive decision support content · Experience with IAM for various platforms, applications, databases and applications that include the following environments: ◦ACF2 o TSO o IMS o DB2 o Active Directory o LDAP o SharePoint Minimum 4-5 years experience in a management role for a security or related IT function Provide management and business advisory support to business units and projects requiring user access. Work cross functionally to develop and implement strategies that balance security recommendations with business needs as it relates to security system access.
