The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing administration, support and maintenance of the Oracle HRIS system. This role will be supporting technologies used for data processing, business processes and decision making. This person will also provide level two support for medium to complex data issues. This is a 3 month assignment. *Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.* •7-10 years of professional experience in HR Systems administration. •Ability to develop and run data queries and possesses a basic understanding of *application programming*. •*Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Oracle HRMS* is required. •Experience working with *Oracle’s Discoverer reporting* *Advanced Excel Skills*: •Experience creating and administering system test plans •Experience documenting business processes •Excellent customer service and intrapersonal skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to take initiative and focus on results. •Strong problem solving skills. •Ability to work under tight and variable deadlines, handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Provides critical Tier 2 HR systems support for the Oracle HRMS system.
