*RATES - $50/h * *GC/Citizen/EAD * Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a new and innovative test automation framework for the organization Work well within the team as a strong leader who can drive test automation in Protractor/Selenium, Javascript and Cucumber Develop, implement, document and monitor best practices for automators across project Scrum Teams Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts. Identifies innovation solutions to complex test automation problems Assists in training/mentoring of team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience). Ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands on experience in complex coding using Javascript. 3+ years experience with Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Protractor – considered expert in test automation using Selenium Webdriver Strong ‘hands on’ experience in building and managing Automation Framework. Strong experience in setting up test environments using Selenium Grid. Strong experience leading small group teams, prioritizing, organizing and communicating team tasks. Able to lead the Automation effort and set best practice.
