Duration: Long term *EXPERTISE * · Experience conducting research of user experience with software applications and websites performing usability techniques that include some of the fol · Formal usability testing · Heuristic evaluation · Task Analysis · Surveys · HTML experience · Fcous groups · Experience working with a user centered design process *RATING EXPERIENCE* 5 YRS REQUIRED 5 YRS RREQUIRED 5 YRS REQUIRED 5 YRS REQUIRED 5 YRS REQUIRED Nice to have 5 YRS REQUIRED *User Experience Research* • Research and analyze ADP applications and websites to determine appropriate user experience research activities • Conduct user experience research activities such as usability tests, card sorts, surveys, focus groups, and interviews for complex ADP products and websites • Conduct user experience recruiting activities, such as: o Write recruiting e*mails o Use, update, and maintain the participant database o Arrange facility rentals o Contact potential participants o Schedule participants o Work with business partners for contact names o Prepare participant screeners • Conduct user experience activity tasks, such as: o Set up and run meetings o Prepare and distribute meeting notes o Determine the appropriate user experience research task o Write the proposal o Create the research materials o Gather and analyze the activity results o Collaborate with User Engineering Services to determine recommendations (if applicable) o Write result report and conduct presentation to project team • Analyze usability activity results and provide feedback to the project team • Create and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations on time and with the highest quality • Create and conduct project*related presentations to outside functional groups that are clear, concise and professional.
