Role Senior Engineer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • 7+ years of experience in Java-J2EE application development • 2+ years of programming experience using JBoss Fuse, Apache Camel, JMS MQ, HTTP/SOAP • 2+ years of experience in leading team of 4 to 5 engineers • Extensive experience developing integrations • 2+ years in Junit • Have worked in JBoss/Websphere application server • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills Roles and responsibility Responsible for overall Java Solution in design and standards Lead Java Team Guide onshore and offshore Developers to ensure standards are met Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects Stay current with emerging industry trends Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks Good written and oral communication Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Experience in JBoss Fuse is preferable. Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – Java. Implement Java solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
