POSITION: Sr. Oracle VCP Suite Project Manager LOCATION: San Jose, CA DURATION: 9 Months + *Prefer local!* Our client, a world leader in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry has an immediate opening for a Sr Project Manager with knowledge and direct experience with the Oracle VCP Suite, specifically Demantra DM/AFDM/RTSOP, ASCP, and APCC. *Position Description:* This PM will be assigned to our clients Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Systems project which includes Global Demand Planning (GDP) and Global Inventory Visibility (GIV), using Oracle's Demantra and Advanced Planning Control Center (APCC) tools. The project has passed the design and planning phase, and is currently in midstream of data sourcing and implementation of these tools. Major PM tasks remaining include functional and user testing (CRP), cutover activities, deployment into the business divisions, user acceptance testing (UAT), creating on-going IT support, and related change management/communications to both the business and IT teams and stakeholders. *Requirements:* • 7 Minimum years of experience required - Bachelor’s degree required • Travel: Very limited, <5% • Project Management certification • Project Management skills (MS Project, budget controls, tracking/monitoring team progress, etc.) • Interpersonal skills – working directly with both IT and business teams, must demonstrate ability to facilitate communications between teams, deal with obstacles • Problem solving skills • Manage day to day activities of the project team (IT primarily, business team secondarily) • Develop and maintain detailed project plan and summary reporting • Report to Project Program Manager on progress, obstacles, and options • Conduct weekly meetings with the project team members, document notes, produce weekly status reports o Drive and/or participate in problem solving and solutioning sessions - Measurable performance objectives expected when this contractor begins work: • Project delivery on time, on budget • Weekly reporting requirements Regards, Omvir Singh Sr.Technical Recruiter Srimatrix Inc.
