Telecommunications, or other related degrees • Excellent competence *within BSS and experience of Convergent Charging and Billing* • A Minimum of 8 years’ experience *( 5 years as SA) *• Experience of managing scope with third party suppliers/partners within projects essential • *Proven ability to adapt, improve and implement handling of scope, risks, changes* including customer adaptations, solution management/support • Excellent *customer management* experience with *substantial experience in presentations, negotiations, agreements, disagreements, and managing customer expectations and relations* • Eager to take initiative and responsibility to achieve results • Ability to convey complex ideas and influence others • Team-working spirit including ability to interact/communicate efficiently with both customers and internal parties • Advanced problem solving and coordination skills • Ability to work under very high pressure with strict deadlines without missing the details • Effective self-learning skills • Fluent in English.
