*RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain project/program governance structure and delivery processes and drive enhancements at the department level Manage project /program management deliverables and help define standards and best practices throughout project/program lifecycle Manage project/program dependencies at the department level *SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES* The Project Manager is responsible for: The end to end delivery of the project to the business and IT management on scope, on time and on budget. The full development life cycle from inception to production rollout and migration. Establishing the project governance with all the key stakeholders. The project financial management and delivery within the agreed variance. *Building strong partnerships within the firm across IT, Front-Office, Operations, Chief Risk Office. * *Defining the project scope with the stakeholders and associated end to end delivery plans. * *Managing proactively the project risks and issues and defining the appropriate mitigation strategy and remediation plans respectively. * *Managing the project dependencies. * *Senior IT PM * *Experience of CCAR, Scenarios Stress testing, FDSF within FO RMS * *More generally FO Risk IT experience * *Experience working with matrix teams, managing delivery across different application * *Stakeholder management * *Experience with interfacing with FO RMS.* *SKILLS * Strong market and credit risk preferred. Structured project management. Agile methodology desired. Hands-on and detailed oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships in a complex matrix and multi-functional environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong influencing skills. Good understanding of technology and especially technology leveraged in the risk space.
