*ETL Developer with Healthcare* *Location: Wallingford, CT *
*Rate: $48/hr C2C * Responsible for leading the design and development of ETL (Extract Transform Load) solutions using Informatica and database tools Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • ETL development using Informatica • Creating SQL scripts/stored procedures on various database platforms (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Netezza) • Big Data development using Hadoop and other tools • Working with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications. • Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews. • Develops and performs unit testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results. • Aids in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts. • Maintains technical development environment and has responsibility for implementation plan. • Assist in developing training documentation including proactive identification of additional needs and enhancements. • Manages small projects, mentors and provides training to others.
