*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills* *Knowledge on Supply Chain domain, Conduct Requirements gathering session with business, document RTM & Use Cases, Review Test cases, conduct UAT, provide support to development team on any requirement gaps and Manage Change control. Strong logistics experience/expertise and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Responsible for preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with standards, policies and methodologies. Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy. Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices. Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution.* *Desirable Technical / Functional Skills* *Transport Management Systems knowledge, background on reverse logistics. Good understanding of financial terms such as GL, AP and grasp on Supply chain management involving shippment of products from vendors to a company's warehouse. Strong analytical skills - ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and drive results. Good planning / organizing skills – ability to react to changing priorities and requirements.
