Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation ? Support refactoring of existing database schemas to support consolidation roadmap ? Work with senior architects to understand new designs ? Provide post implementation and on-going production support ? Manage reference data stored in Oracle DBs *Skills and Qualifications:* ? Minimum 9+ years of IT experience ? Strong PL/SQL skills ? Five (5) or more years experiences in Oracle database development, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of PL/SQL ? Develop Oracle PL/SQL data structures, efficient queries, custom reports and applications to automate business processes ? Experience writing advanced SQL queries, PL/SQL Stored procedures, Functions & Packages ? Develop, execute, and manage Oracle PL/SQL as well as T-SQL stored program units such as a procedures, functions, packages and database triggers ? Proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) ? Ability to help create and map business needs/application requirements to technical solution ? Self-starter who takes initiative to find a solution to a business problem ? Must be flexible to work in a highly dynamic environment ? Excellent communication skills - must be able to quickly communicate the key message at the appropriate level for the audience .
