*Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst* *9+ month contract *
*Phoenix, AZ* *$50/hr on c2c* This person will be working on various Clinical Management projects. Responsibilities: • Define and document/communicate business requirements • Consult with business departments to identify requirements • Develop and document medium to high complexity business workflows • Analyze scope and resolution of medium to large size Operations Management (OM) and development requests • Provide clear description of problems / issues for medium to high complexity problems • Present options for problem resolution • Contribute in developing organizational functional knowledge • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional / application area • Assist in estimation of small to medium size work effort • Establish and manage overall project plans for small to medium size efforts • Evaluate system changes for downstream system and/or organizational impacts • Prioritize and track all issues to resolution • Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate • Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes Qualifications: • *3+ years of medical claims health insurance experience* • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with gathering requirements for enhancements, interfaces, data mapping. i.e., experience in using requirements gathering tools and processes, capturing business/interface workflows • 3+ years Business Requirements experience including producing and executing Business User Acceptance Test scripts derived from process gap analysis, business data mapping definitions, business requirement definitions. • High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree Assets • Medicare or Medicaid experience • System implementation and migration experience • 1+years Trizetto Facets 4.xx (or higher) relational database back-end processing experience. • Provider data experience • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) • 2+ years SQL experience *Thanks and Regards* *Shweta Ojha* Technical Recruiter | Sage Group Consulting *Direct: *732-784-6492 *Email: *[email protected] *Gtalk: *sojha1290*|Ymail: *ojha1290 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
