JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. May perform quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations. May also perform security assessments or configure software in support of system security requirements. Systems Programmer: Includes performance tuning, installs, and upgrades to systems software, such as MVS, Unisys, or LAN operating systems. Also includes storage administration. Systems Security Analyst Includes all functions related to enterprise-wide data security, such as external pipes and firewalls. Also includes efforts to mitigate data security risks.
