*Role: Business Analyst- ATG * *Duration: 6+months* *Location: CA & NJ* *Description:* • 8 to 10 Years of total Business / Requirement Analysis experience. • Involved in at least one full life cycle of Business / Requirement Analysis preferably in ecommerce space. • Demonstrated use of standard techniques (JAD, interviewing, use case modeling, gap-fit analysis, process definition, requirements management, elicitation analysis, prioritization) for gathering requirement. • Experience in documenting use cases and creating Requirement Artifacts like BRD, SRS, FRD, RTM. • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. • Superior listening skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to serve as a liaison between client and the implementation teams. • Excellent professional integrity and a strong work ethic. • Exposure to RUP and Agile methodologies and proven ability to follow SEI CMM processes. • Demonstrate creativity in problem solving and new approaches. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Visio and Excel. • Exposure to ATG, Enterprise Architect and Technology is a bonus.
